Title: Content Quality Reviewer III
Location: Remote
Pay: $50-53.11/hr on W2 (DOE)
Contract: W2; 6 months contract with potential for extension
Client: Fortune 500 Company
Summary:
We’re hiring content engineering specialists to help improve LLM quality for Advertiser AI agents and performance-based tools. The vision is to support advertisers with things like issue debugging, setup assistance, suggestions for ad creative and opportunities to optimize campaigns.
Job responsibilities:
Write, edit and review prompts and eval sets, create judges, fine-tune responses in partnership with Engineers
Perform analysis, identify inefficiencies and create taxonomies to better organize information
Apply guidelines, create templates, processes and resources to review content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with our content and product teams to work through ambiguity and adapt processes and approaches to improve response quality
Minimum qualifications:
6 years of experience with journalism, digital content strategy, production or relevant skills
Prior experience in AI prompt engineering, annotation and conversation design
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and impeccable track record of editorial judgment to quality control large datasets of text
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written—including editorial experience with educational or technical long-form content
Proficiency in spreadsheet apps (e.g. Google Sheets, MS Excel) and/or other data analytics tools
Ability to perform and provide basic data analysis, visualization and content recommendations
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with marketing and advertising concepts
Experience with LLM writing
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in journalism, communications, English, technical writing or equivalent experience required
