Financial Planning and Analysis
The Sr. Finance Manager will lead the development and review of comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and estimates, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and estimates, incorporating market trends and competitor analysis.
- Analyze actual results, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly variance commentary and assess analyses to provide business insights to brand/shared partners.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills, with advanced Excel skills and experience with Business Objects, ERP systems, and Hyperion Essbase/Planning.
