Job Title: Credit Services CLO Specialist
Salary: 120,000 - 130,000 (negotiable)
Location: New York, NY (Wall Street) Hybrid (3 days in office)
Overview:
We are currently seeking a Structured Credit Services Specialist to be the primary point of contact for clients managing Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) within the structured credit space. In this role, you will manage client relationships, particularly around monthly compliance reporting and quarterly note valuation reporting. Additionally, you may oversee cash transactions for high-profile clients with complex cash relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 10 Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) SPVs, overseeing the work of Portfolio Accounting Analysts for each CLO.
- Produce and ensure accuracy of monthly and quarterly investor reporting packages, with a deep understanding of all issued reports.
- Communicate regularly with underwriters, investment managers, rating agencies, and bondholders.
- Take on a leadership role within the team and work closely with operational teams.
- Maintain annual compliance requirements for each SPV, such as Accountant's Reports and Issuer's Certifications.
Skills & Qualifications:
- BA/BS, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
- Strong understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Familiarity with structured credit products.
- Proficiency in all MS Office products, particularly advanced MS Excel, including complex formulas and modeling techniques.
