Job title : Customer Support / Account Rep - Sr
Location : Columbus, OH
Duration : 6months
Pay rate : $18-$19.16 / hour
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customers needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
Preference for 1 of the following criteria
College Degree- Associates / Bachelors completed. OR
Previous contact center experience / finance
