Location : Columbus, OH (On-Site)
Contract : 6-12 months (Possible Extension / Permanent)
About the Role
As a Service Desk Agent , you will be the first point of contact for IT support, assisting users with enterprise software and hardware issues. Your goal is to provide exceptional customer service , achieve high first-call resolution rates , and contribute to process improvements .
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or GED required (Technical support experience is a plus!)
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support via phone, chat, and in-person
Diagnose and resolve software / hardware issues quickly
Log incidents, track progress, and escalate as needed
Use troubleshooting tools and a knowledge base to resolve tickets efficiently
Offer guidance and training to end users when needed
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions
