Location : Harrisburg, PA
Job Type : Contract
Pay Rate : $18-20.00 / hour DOE
Schedule :
Training : 5 days in-office for approximately 2 weeks.
Hybrid : 3 days in-office (flexible).
Requirements
Minimum Education :
Associate's Degree or equivalent post-high school education.
Preferred Qualifications :
Financial background.
2 years of experience in a related field.
Job Responsibilities
Document Management :
Evaluate and distribute incoming faxes received at Client Services Group lines in near real-time to maintain smooth operations.
Distribute correspondence imaged and routed from Internal Operations.
Gather and prepare Research Team Daily Folders for regular review, ensuring all required documents are present.
Coordinate with analysts to maintain accurate records of daily fund operations.
Support for Research Team :
Assist with quarterly and annual audits by retrieving requested documents from internal systems.
Process client forms as assigned for account maintenance while adhering to compliance policies.
Review and approve client form work processed by analysts.
Provide ad hoc support for projects and initiatives.
Efficient and detail-oriented individuals will excel in this role, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills.
