This role involves gathering and reviewing necessary documents, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and resolving inquiries to ensure timely and accurate processing. The position may also include coordinating closing and funding, calculating final costs, and managing disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process loan/lease documents in accordance with established checklists and system requirements.
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, brokers, realtors, legal counsel, and title companies to gather necessary documents and address inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct data entry, generate reports, and scan and organize loan-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records and labeling of files for efficient retrieval.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist other departments as needed based on business demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four to six years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while following established guidelines and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with commercial loan documentation.
- Knowledge of loan closing policies, underwriting requirements, and automated processing systems.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex documentation issues with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with mortgage documents and document management software (e.g., EMBTrust).
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., data manipulation, VLOOKUPs, trend analysis).
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
- Capability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed for document handling.
