Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Facilities & Engineering document processes.
- Oversee document changes, including quality actions and tech transfers.
- Collaborate with SMEs to review, prioritize, and improve documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulatory requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for document control systems (Veeva, Eval).
- Train staff on document control processes and best practices.
- Monitor document effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Engineering (preferred).
- 3 years of GMP facility experience.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, compliance, and biopharmaceutical processes.
- Expertise in document redlining and change management systems (Condor, Trackwise).
- Excellent technical writing, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Location: Oceanside, CA 92056
- Pay range: $35-$40/hr. on W2
- Duration: 6 months
