Russell Tobin's client is hiring an E-Commerce and Artist Manager in Nashville, TN

Pay rate : $35-$41 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Liaison between client and the internal teams to execute tasks for our client's online stores.
Examples include but are not limited to funneling all production, marketing and creative requests to client's CFT’s.
Project Manage follow-throughs and logistics for any approved and active campaignsFacilitate store planning, release and program management across our partners’ eCommerce rights, working in close collaboration with merchandise rights owners (ROs) to integrate eCommerce into always-on artist planning.Ensure all internal stakeholders are aware of incoming eCommerce drops or promotions, as well as specific client requirements / needs for each initiative.Work with the client to make sure we receive all of the info needed to execute marketing and creative (product sheet, pricing, descriptions, context to the drop, creative guidelines, etc.).Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and work with internal teams to execute against them (e.g.marketing campaign proposals, insights reporting, etc.).Manage workflow against client SOW, as well as standard turnaround times for requests.Work to identify client needs that will involve an exception to our standard turnaround times; coordinate internally to ensure we are able to deliver against client needs appropriately.Track resourcing against client priorities, ensuring both internal and client alignment on how resources areReport on drop alerts, sales recaps, and marketing data to all relevant parties (label, manager etc) around high-profile program activity.Keep abreast of evolving music industry, eCommerce, and digital marketing trends and technologiesKnowledge of country music landscapeRequirements :
BA degree in related field preferred3-4 years of relevant internship or full-time work experience, preferably in music & entertainment or eCommerceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)Meticulous attention to detail and follow throughExtremely organized with superior time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize under tight schedules while maintaining production of high quality workPro-active is your middle name. Excellent at providing information to team members before they even get the chance to ask you for what they need.Self-accountability to follow-through with proper consistent updates to stakeholdersExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Zoom, Slack, and Google docsPositive attitude and team playerExperience with Shopify preferredExperience using Monday.com is a major plusStrong interest in learning more about eCommerce Operations and eCommerce MarketingBenefits that Russell Tobin offers :
