Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and supporting managers on HR matters
- Partnering with global HR teams to support people initiatives
- Assisting with employee issues, career guidance, and mobility support
- Managing HR-related projects and tracking service requests
- Identifying trends to improve employee experience and reduce risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of HR experience
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
Pay Rate- $49-$51.85/hour
