We are seeking a Strategic Planning & Implementation Manager to lead and manage the strategic planning and execution process for our Optimize initiative. In this role, you will facilitate the development of high-quality outcomes while designing and managing the operating model (governance, tracking, performance measurement, talent & resourcing, development, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and execution within Optimize, ensuring quality outcomes and effective project management.
- Own the implementation and management of the operating model, including governance, tracking, performance measurement, and resource development.
- Connect cross-functional workstreams and raise key blockers to senior management to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Provide senior leadership with insights for decision-making on prioritization, resource allocation, and adjustments to strategy.
- Ensure smooth communication between project teams and leadership, keeping projects on track and aligned with objectives.
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience as an EM or JEM in transformation or similar roles (FSP experience a plus).
- Strong problem-solving, analytic, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with the willingness to “roll up your sleeves.”
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to structure data and provide quantitative reasoning.
- Proven track record of mentoring and teaching others.
***Pay Rate- $77-$79/hour
