About the Role
This is a contract position with a standard shift schedule, requiring flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed. The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Manager of TMMWV Satellite and support the Powertrain department's objective to execute Capital Projects from planning through start of production (SOP).
Key Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for technical matters related to the Production Engineering Powertrain department.
- Coordinating and implementing technical projects and initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and records.
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks and issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Communicating effectively with management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed domestically and internationally.
