The Fixed Income Cash Client Service Group (CSG) provides support for cash Fixed Income business for institutional clients across all products and markets. This team is part of the broader Global Securities Operations department, which also includes the Trade Support Groups.
Team Overview:
As a client-facing function within Operations, the CSG is responsible for delivering exceptional client service throughout the entire trade lifecycle, from post-execution to settlement. The role is dynamic, varied, and challenging, requiring individuals to adapt quickly to clients needs and industry developments. The environment is fast-paced, demanding high performance from each team member. The department consists of 22 staff members across teams of approximately five Analysts/Associates, reporting to a Team Leader and Director.
Responsibilities:
Representatives are primarily responsible for managing daily processing tasks in a high-risk, fast-paced environment. This involves investigating and resolving issues to ensure smooth client onboarding, account opening, trade allocation, confirmation processing, and settlement, all in alignment with client service level agreements, while minimizing risk to both the firm and the client.
A key aspect of the role is cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients at the operational middle and back office level. Developing in-depth technical and product knowledge, coupled with excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills, is critical to delivering outstanding client service.
The successful candidate will be expected to become a subject matter expert, contribute to process improvements and projects, and serve as a key point of contact for a broad range of internal stakeholders, including direct interaction with Sales and Trading teams, as well as other Operations groups such as Trade Support and Settlements.
