Job Description
This contract position with Russell Tobin requires a minimum commitment of three months, with potential for extension. As an In-Person Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with restaurant owners, understanding their business needs, and initiating the partnership process.
Responsibilities
- In-Person Visits: Conduct on-site visits to prospective restaurant partners, building relationships and gathering business insights.
- Meeting Setup: Engage with restaurant owners to schedule follow-up meetings with our representatives and generate interest in partnership opportunities.
- Information Gathering: Collect business details such as ownership structure, delivery needs, and existing competitor partnerships, and log them in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up Work: Conduct follow-up calls or emails and collaborate with the sales team to share insights and refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Relationship Building: Demonstrate a proven ability to build relationships with business owners.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to generate interest in our product offerings.
- Travel Comfort: Be comfortable with travel requirements up to 60-80 miles and occasional overnight stays.
- CRCM Experience: Have experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
