What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fraud Investigator position at Russell Tobin?
This role will be 100% on-site at the Brookfield, WI location. There may be a possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model after several months, based on performance and productivity.
Parking: Free onsite parking.
Start Date: March 3, 2025
Training:
- Duration: 2.5 to 3 weeks
- Training shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central
- Zero absences are allowed during the training period.
Shift: 1st shift.
Interviews: Conducted via Teams video with a manager.
Preferred Experience: Banking experience is a plus but not required.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing an effective risk management framework
- Monitor systems, databases, processes, and procedures
- Escalate issues as needed
- Support the development and implementation of internal policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Collect and compile data, and assist in generating reports
- Provide guidance and recommendations for Risk/Audit/Compliance initiatives
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Strong knowledge of operations, systems, products/services, and associated risks/controls
- In-depth understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and financial services trends
- Well-developed analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, databases, presentations)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
