Requirements
- 2 years of experience in similar duties or other relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Technical/computer skills and experience, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent phone demeanor and communication skills
- Able to communicate with all levels of executive, management, and staff
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and work within deadlines
