Hourly Pay: $70 to $75 W2
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 09 Months Contract until Dec 2025
Responsibilities:
- This role sits at the intersection of marketing & product development, and is accountable for hitting our growth targets & business objectives in the US, including user acquisition, retention and upsell
- Lead the strategy & day-to-day operating model for precision and growth marketing function.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product Management, Data/Analytics and Brand Marketing to design and execute growth initiatives
- Partner with the internal data & analytics team who is responsible for ensuring the right data infrastructure is in place; data infrastructure should enable analysis of user behavior and rapid experimentation.
- Define growth plan, brief & execute growth programs/campaign that deliver on US business goals and optimize across tactics to achieve our goals.
- Define the growth objectives that deliver business objectives.
- Quantify and understand progress against goals through developing a scorecard that measures progress against goals.
- Develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (supported by our media agencies & data specialists who will be responsible for execution).
- Provide consumer insights by blending performance data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits and perceptions through design thinking.
- Provides clear briefs to internal & external stakeholders/agencies, rooted in historical learnings, trends, with clearly defined goals, KPIs and a test and learn plan.
- Partner with Product Management & Brand Marketing on optimizing the end to end digital consumer journey across all touchpoints to deliver on business goals.
Qualifications:
- At least 6-7 year’s experience working in a growth marketing role at a DTC brand, preferably a startup.
- Proven record of building and leading driven and dynamic teams working in agile sprints, with a track record of driving successful performance.
- Has design thinking experience & knowledge, passionate about creating value for consumers, always applying a consumer-first mindset to solving problems & building products/campaigns.
- Strong pulse on emerging trends, able to adapt to rapidly changing marketing & consumption changes & is comfortable testing and learning new tactics to deliver growth.
- Capable of managing a large volume of projects and requests, while knowing how to prioritize workload
