The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and has a passion for luxury travel, with strong sales and destination knowledge. This role involves recommending and providing impeccable travel experiences, maintaining high client satisfaction, and handling all aspects of travel bookings for VIP guests.
Responsibilities :
Provide knowledge of luxury homes and destinations to guests, offering creative solutions.
Offer personalized services while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring high guest satisfaction.
Manage communication with stakeholders, including guests, travel coordinators, property owners, and vendors, to handle bookings and elevate the guest experience.
Establish relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for luxury travel arrangements, while adhering to clients’ financial preferences.
Qualifications :
10 years in luxury hospitality or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
Extensive connections within the luxury provider and property owner network.
Proven ability in solution selling, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
