Location : Venetian Resort, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (40 hours per week)

Contract Duration : W2 (9 months)

Pay Rate : $33 – 36 / hour, DOE

Position Overview :

The Health & Wellness Coordinator will provide prevention and lifestyle intervention services to employees, focusing on nutrition, physical activity, weight management, stress management, and chronic disease risk reduction. This role involves one-on-one coaching and group sessions to support employees in reaching their personal health goals.

This position is 100% onsite at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, NV, requiring direct interaction with employees throughout the workday. Occasional nights, weekends, and travel to the corporate office for training and meetings may be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide fitness guidance through group classes, individual consultations, and gym orientations.
• Conduct weight management consultations and assist employees in setting and achieving personal health goals.
• Collaborate with the Venetian HR department to develop wellness challenges and support healthy dining initiatives.
• Coordinate with the health plan’s population health team (including registered dietitians, registered nurses, and licensed alcohol and drug counselors) to provide comprehensive wellness programs.
• Analyze biometric screening data and claims information to identify wellness needs.
• Plan and host onsite health promotion events.
• Attend weekly and monthly Venetian and health plan team meetings, presenting wellness program updates.
• Develop and maintain a promotional health calendar of onsite wellness events.
• Work with the Safety Department to establish injury prevention programs for high-risk areas.
• Lead a team of Wellness Ambassadors to promote a culture of health and wellness in the workplace.
