Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of the Hematology laboratory
- Plans organizes and supervises teammates to ensure high quality teammate customer service
- Responsible for accuracy and promptness of test results and reporting of test results in service line
- Applies clinical theoretical knowledge and scientific methods in problem solving
- Monitors workflow
- Assesses compliance with applicable State and Federal laws, adheres to CAP guidelines and QA standards
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6 years of clinical laboratory experience
- Current Florida license as a Supervisor in Hematology required and certified by a professional laboratory certifying agency
- Position type: Direct Hire
- Hourly rate approved up to $49.76/hr ($103K/year)
- Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm. Saturday required every 12-13 week.
