We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Jersey City. In this role, you’ll provide thoughtful, strategic, and hands-on HR support to employees, people managers, and the broader HR function. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience—supporting everything from performance management and employee relations to compliance, process improvement, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with managers and teams to support day-to-day HR needs, including employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR Ops to align initiatives with HR strategy and business objectives.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts across HR—including tools, templates, service delivery, and internal communications.
- Stay up to date on employment law and compliance trends, and help keep our practices current and proactive.
- Support or lead projects that impact the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, data & analytics, policy updates, etc.).
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or advisory capacity.
- Confidence in managing low-tier employee relations cases independently.
- Strong experience coaching managers through performance conversations.
- Familiarity with recruiting support (e.g. job descriptions, interviews) and HR reporting/analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and comfortable presenting to leadership.
- The ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
