The Role:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, hands-on support across the full HR lifecycle for our client. Youโll partner with managers, employees, HR Centers of Excellence, and operations teams to deliver seamless and compliant HR service aligned with business goals and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR activities with business objectives and the broader HR strategy
- Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with legislation and internal policy
- Advise and coach people managers on performance management and employee relations matters
- Independently manage low-complexity employee relations cases
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, templates, and internal communications
- Support HR projects and initiatives with a focus on service delivery and efficiency
- Maintain awareness of changing employment laws and compliance updates
Must-Have Experience:
- 2 years in a generalist or advisory HR role
- Experience managing employee relations cases independently
- Strong coaching, communication, and influencing skills to support and guide people managers
- Track record of contributing to projects and improving HR service delivery
- Generalist background with exposure to recruiting support (e.g. job profiles), analytics, and policy updates
- Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have:
- Project management or process improvement experience in HR
- Familiarity with change management, employee engagement strategies, and HR technologies
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
