Job Title: Human Resources Associate

Description:

One of Russell Tobin's top clients is seeking an HR Associate to support construction HR with processing and auditing new hire paperwork, personnel transactions, and compliance tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Data entry in HRIS
  • Process and audit personnel transactions
  • Load paperwork into employee files
  • Provide customer service to managers and staff
  • Prepare reports and support HR systems


Requirements:

  • Previous banking, data entry, or HR experience preferred.
