Job Title: IT/Technical Support Representative (Customer Support/Account Rep - Sr)
Location: South Jordan UT
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users calling the IT Service Desk.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, understanding user issues, and responding with urgency.
- Accurately document issues, problems, and resolutions in a call tracking system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using knowledge base tools and expertise.
- Support enterprise software and hardware issues, including troubleshooting and resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users via phone, chat, or in person while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Identify and escalate critical issues as needed to ensure minimal downtime.
- Install, modify, and run diagnostic programs for computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
- Maintain a high level of first-call resolution and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Work in a 24x7 environment, including weekends and after-hours support when needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced IT support or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Understanding of enterprise software, hardware troubleshooting, and IT support best practices.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
