Pay: $46-$50/hour depending on experience

Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy training programs as part of a blended learning strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams and educational programs to build out development experiences with a global mindset
- Solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Work with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and create engaging end user training
- Manage multiple curricula development projects simultaneously
- Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed
- Create reliable and valid learner evaluation tools to gauge knowledge and skill transfer
- Drive use of evaluation and performance data to improve learning content
- Work with global stakeholders to program manage technical training program
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, organizational development or 3 years of relevant experience in instructional design
- 3 Years developing and executing strategies, development and delivery of creative and innovative training solutions
- 3 years of experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities
- Experience building and program managing learning and development projects in an academic environment
- Experience working as a consultant in a corporate or start up environment.
- Experience working with remote teams and an international audience
- Obsessed about the customer experience, high standards, and continually inspire others to do better for the customer
- Experience gathering, building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organizational levels
- Experience creating training for high tech industry
- Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace
