Rate: $65k to 75k Yearly with Benefits

As a Insurance Sales Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide pre-sales support and deliver exceptional service to all business channels. This role requires expertise in case design, product knowledge, and effective communication to support the sales process.
- Provide innovative solutions, case designs, and illustrations to help secure sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including producers, back-office staff, wholesalers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to drive sales results.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Deliver reliable and trusted service to financial professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and State Insurance Licenses are highly preferred (required within 4 months of hire). Candidates must pass at least one FINRA exam within the first 10 weeks of employment.
- Excellent phone communication skills, sales acumen, and customer service expertise.
- Prior knowledge of financial services is a plus.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
