-Experience in a Service Desk or IT support role, handling both Level 1 & 2 support tasks.
-Strong background in supporting Windows and Mac OS systems, along with mobile devices (iPhone, Android).
-Familiarity with tools like Office 365, Google Workspace, Box, Okta, Zoom, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC hardware.
-Experience with remote troubleshooting and managing mobile devices through MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions.
Additional Details:
- 10 Months contract with Possibility for extension
-Pay: $35 to $40/ hr (based on experience)
