Job Description:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in establishing connections with landowners in targeted areas for leasing opportunities. You will work closely with the Development Manager and Real Estate Specialist to facilitate the execution of Land Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize provided spreadsheets and maps to identify and contact landowners within designated areas.
- Gather additional contact information for landowners, including phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses.
- Engage directly with landowners, both virtually and in-person, to discuss solar, wind, and energy storage leasing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Development Manager and Real Estate Specialist to prioritize tasks and ensure effective communication.
- Secure real estate documentation necessary for drafting executable Land Agreements, including title commitments, deeds, and operating agreements.
- Facilitate the execution of Land Agreements and ensure all necessary information is accurately provided.
- Attend public hearings and support liaison activities as needed, leveraging landowner relationships.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Land Agreements and the ability to convey this knowledge to landowners effectively.
- Familiarity with the technology is associated with Land Agreements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Languages:
Fluent in English (speak, read, write).
