As a Maintenance Tech Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in maintaining buildings and industrial systems. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic HVAC repairs, painting, and patching.
- Escort and assist vendors during their visits to the site.
- Handle general building maintenance and equipment upkeep.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and report any issues.
- Assist with hanging items and other general facility needs.
- Maintain clear communication and provide excellent customer service.
- Learn and apply maintenance techniques under supervision.
- Education: High School Diploma required; technical school experience is a plus.
- Experience: No specific time required; looking for candidates with relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn.
- Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Location: Chicopee, MA 01022
- Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Assignment Duration: 5 months (with possibility of extension)
