Marketing Manager III – Global Campaign Team
Pay Rate: $52-$60/hour (W2), based on experience

The Role
You’ll drive the strategy, development, and execution of sales-led demand generation for flagship events. This includes building and delivering sales enablement materials, partnering with the WW Sales organization, and owning key demand generation goals.

What You'll Be Working On:
- Developing and executing sales-led demand generation strategy for global event series
- Creating sales enablement assets and communication tools for sales teams
- Collaborating with WW Sales teams and campaign managers to drive event registrations and pipeline
- Reporting on campaign performance and demand generation metrics
- Managing multiple demand-gen campaigns and adjusting tactics based on data insights
- Visibility with large-scale, globally recognized event series

- Flexibility with remote options for select metro areas
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
- Managing multiple sales enablement and campaign projects
- Frequent cross-functional meetings with campaign and sales teams
- Campaign reporting and data analysis
- Adjusting campaign strategy based on ongoing performance insights
Top Requirements (Stack-ranked):
- Campaign Management – Strong end-to-end campaign execution experience (6 years)
- Sales Enablement – Proven track record building materials and messaging that drive results
- Communication Skills – Ability to influence, present, and convey ideas clearly across technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience with campaign analysis and reporting
- Bias for Action and Ownership are key leadership principles for success in this role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Lack of direct campaign management or sales enablement experience
- Inability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
