Job Title: Project Analyst 2– Customer Generation Programs (CGP)

Location: Irwindale, CA

Engagement Type: Full-Time Replacement

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Hybrid onsite Wednesday and Thursday)

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pay Rate: $32 - $35.01 /hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support Customer Generation Programs (CGP) by using data visualization skills, solution building, and the development and oversight of CGP dashboards. In this role, you will work closely with clients and leadership to drive strategic, data-informed decisions. You will create intuitive dashboards, on-demand data views, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will also contribute to the success of Renewable Energy Programs and Incentives by analyzing critical performance data and making recommendations for enhancement. Additionally, this position is key to ensuring the success of regulatory compliance programs, with a focus on Interconnection and Incentives programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and oversee CGP dashboards.
• Consult with clients and leadership to facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Translate data into actionable intelligence, providing clear recommendations for program improvements.
• Analyze critical performance data for Renewable Energy Programs and Incentives.
• Support regulatory compliance programs by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Design and improve workflow to automate procedures and enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 years' experience working with Microsoft applications (including Power BI).
• Proficiency in using SAS for data analysis, gathering, and providing queries.
• Experience with SAP (Customer and Billing modules preferred).
• Strong data visualization skills with tools like SAS Visual Analytics and Power BI.
• Experience in data validation and ensuring the accuracy of data reports.
• Solid communication skills to report and explain data to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in data warehousing, data extraction tools, and statistical forecasting.
• Experience with BOBJ (Business Objects), Alteryx, Snowflake, and SAS Enterprise Guide.
• Ability to enhance workflows through process automation and data efficiency improvements.
• A creative and innovative team player who contributes to meetings and drives process improvement initiatives.
