We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the implementation of solutions in collaboration with Solution Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers. This role involves managing roadmaps, backlogs, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions through effective program management and Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and refine solution roadmaps and backlogs in collaboration with Solution Managers.
- Track developer progress and raise risks/issues to the Solution Team.
- Facilitate scrum meetings and resolve blockers.
- Act as the main point of contact for dependencies and sequencing of development tasks.
- Coordinate testing efforts (UAT & QA) and release management.
- Lead migration planning and execution, working closely with stakeholders and developers.
- Ensure artifacts meet documentation requirements for the PSM team.
- Promote teamwork and communication across cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in leading development and integration projects, preferably in finance/asset management.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence; experience managing product roadmaps and planning.
- Strong Agile experience, especially in Scrum; Scaled Agile experience is a plus.
- Scrum Master certification or relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead without authority and drive results across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration abilities.
