Position : RCA Specialist (Risk Control Assessment)
Location : Brookfield, WI
Type : Contract
Rate : $24 to $26.43 / hour
Job Overview :
The RCA Specialist will support the implementation of an effective risk management framework, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. This role involves monitoring systems and processes, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve operational effectiveness. Banking experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in implementing a robust risk management framework.
- Monitor systems, databases, and processes, identifying areas that require attention and escalating issues as needed.
- Support compliance by assessing and implementing internal policies and procedures.
- Gather, compile, and analyze data to create reports, including developing reporting tools.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to Lines of Business on risk, audit, and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate on projects and initiatives to enhance overall compliance and operational efficiency.
