SEC Reporting Analyst – Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 wfh) | Framingham, MA
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings, including XBRL tagging.
- Ensure accurate financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Support compliance reporting for multiple entities.
- Calculate EPS calculations (basic and diluted weighted average shares).
- Monitor and communicate developments in new accounting standards.
- Assist with monthly close processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Provide audit support for SOX compliance.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US GAAP and SEC reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
