Job Title: Robot Programming Technician – Paint Seibi

📍 Location: Princeton, IN

💰 Pay Rate: $38 - $42 per hour

📅 Type: 12-Month Contract

⏰ Shift: Standard Shift

Job Description:

This position is part of the Robot Programming team working on the introduction of two new models. Additional team members are needed to support this project.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Online Robot Programming – Sealer, UBC, and Dampening.
• Run trials, adjust parameters, and evaluate quality drawings to meet standards.
• Offline Robot Programming – Use simulation software for reach studies and cycle time analysis.
• Utilize Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
• Evaluate quality using elco-meters, wave-scan, and X-Rite.
• Create snapshots of robot processes and handover documents.
• Communicate effectively and document processes using Microsoft Office Suite.

📌 Requirements:

✅ Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong computer skills.

✅ Preferred Skills (At least one of the following is required):

• Experience checking the quality of manufacturing equipment or robots.
• Experience with Robots and Programming Languages (Catia OR Carott3).
• Digital Engineering experience.

📌 Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable with 50% travel (including international trips to Mexico and Canada).
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Available during Winter and Summer Shutdowns at different North American locations.

📌 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications.
• Hands-on experience with Kawasaki or Fanuc Robots (Programming & Troubleshooting).
• Experience with Digital Engineering.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience (2 years in a technical field).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

• STAR/Video interview (30 minutes) with hiring managers.
• Second round interview (if necessary).
