Russell Tobin's client, the world’s leading music company, is hiring an Income Tracking Coordinator in Santa Monica, CA.
Job Title: Income Tracking Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (Remote & In-Office) - Santa Monica, CA
Pay Rate: $20 -$22/hr.
Duration: 3-4 months contract
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Income Tracking Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of third-party licensing income, managing royalty statement collection, and ensuring timely reconciliation of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, including terms and release dates.
- Assist in locating and downloading royalty statements from third-party labels.
- Reconcile deal tracking records to identify and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to resolve unpaid accounts.
- Maintain organized and comprehensive filing systems, including correspondence and digital records in a computer-based licensing system.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
