Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced In-Person Sales Development Representative to join our team. This contract position requires a minimum commitment of three months, with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with restaurant owners, understanding their business needs, and initiating the partnership process.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Person Visits (60%): Conduct on-site visits to prospective restaurant partners, building relationships and gathering business insights.
- Meeting Setup (20%): Engage with restaurant owners to schedule follow-up meetings with our representatives and generate interest in partnership opportunities.
- Information Gathering and Reporting (10%): Collect business details such as ownership structure, delivery needs, and existing competitor partnerships, and log them in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up and Administrative Work (10%): Conduct follow-up calls or emails and collaborate with the sales team to share insights and refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven ability to build relationships with business owners.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to generate interest in our product offerings.
- Travel Requirements: Be comfortable with travel requirements up to 60-80 miles and occasional overnight stays.
- CRM Experience: Have experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
