Sales Operations Analyst

Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for one of our top tech clients!

Location: Remote within US

Pay: $64-69/hour DOE

Schedule: 8am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Contract Duration: March - December 2025

All day-to-day post-signature deal operational functions will need to be covered, including:

• Payout Calculation & Communication: Calculate actual revenue against deal targets to determine quarterly payouts. Identify and resolve near misses and data errors.
• Coupon Approvals/Rejections: Review ~200 global and regional Ad Credit Coupon requests, verifying details against deal terms and performance. Approve or reject requests, providing guidance for rejections and re-reviewing if needed. Investigate and escalate makegood/goodwill coupon requests as necessary.
• Sales Support: Address ad-hoc requests and troubleshooting from Sales via chat, email, and tasks, providing process guidance and resolving coupon and reporting issues.
• Revenue & Coupon Data Requests: Handle ad-hoc data requests from Sales, Accounting, and Program Management. Manipulate queries, clean and validate data, create pivot tables, and cross-check accuracy against JBP Tool reports.
• Tooling Improvement & Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve Sales-reported tool bugs. Lead tooling improvements with Program Management and Engineering, including documenting requirements, creating training materials, testing, and coordinating implementation. Develop dashboards as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business related subject (Business Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
• 4-6 years of experience in roles such as Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Risk Management.
• Experience organizing, prioritizing, executing, and communicating numerous concurrent work streams across a range of stakeholders and topics with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated problem solving experience, providing sound business insights and recommendations.
• Experience working independently, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven stakeholder management experience – including managing multiple partners simultaneously.
• Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
