Join the Reality Labs B2B Commercial Channel as a Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) Lead and help shape the future for businesses worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and sales enablement—driving insights, planning, and execution to support scalable revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations, develop go-to-market strategies, and enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic, operational, and financial planning aligned with business goals.
- Lead operational reviews and business rhythms (monthly / quarterly business reviews).
- Own core sales operations processes, including goal setting and forecasting.
- Drive sales enablement strategies, CRM optimization (Salesforce), and analytics to accelerate growth.
- Manage territory alignment, segmentation, and performance analytics for the sales team.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to influence leadership decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives for new markets, products, and business models.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness through process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in business or strategy .
Experience in selling B2B hardware / software solutions.
Background in consulting, strategy, or sales analytics .
