Job Overview
Russell Tobin is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic sales operations team. This role will play a critical part in executing the Order to Delivery process, managing assortment and order workflows, and participating in key customer meetings.
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in achieving annual invoiced sales targets.
- Manage the entire order process, from order creation to invoicing.
- Ensure high service levels for order processing, allocation, and troubleshooting after deliveries.
- Track and optimize Order to Delivery KPIs and create dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely entry and delivery of orders across various sales platforms.
- Monitor order status, ensuring alignment with customer fill-rate and shipping requirements.
- Collaborate with the Credit/Pricing team to address customer credit-related issues.
- Act as a project manager for new product introduction (NPI), liaising between Sales, Product/Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Track and update past and future orders for Account Managers, Customers, and Business Planners.
- Assist in customer meetings, presenting collections, assortment building, and managing NPI orders.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order portfolios across various customers.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via email and phone.
