About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our technology team. This role involves working hands-on with advanced equipment in an applications lab, performing tool operations, and supporting process and metrology activities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in both group settings and individual tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Process Engineers in preparing 300mm wafer-based experiments, metrology data collection, and sample submissions.
- Operate advanced tools following defined procedures to collect on-tool experiment results and wafer-based metrology measurements.
- Process Statistical Process Control (SPC) data, prepare records, charts, and schematics for engineering review.
- Assist in troubleshooting and improving application lab tools and experimental setups.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Associate degree, Technical Certificate, or Diploma in semiconductors, electronics, chemistry, mechanical, or related fields.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with PPE.
- Strong communication skills in English (reading and writing).
- Availability to work a permanent swing shift.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols.
- Experience working night shifts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
