Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid; 2-3 days in-office; Tue/Thu preferred)
Pay Rate: $59-$64/hour depending on experience (W2 Contract)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with broad expertise across multiple business areas to support a transformative initiative. This role involves working cross-functionally with HR, stores, operations, marketing, and merchandising teams to drive the discovery, documentation, and execution of requirements for enterprise-level projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements management for large-scale initiatives, including elicitation, prioritization, communication, and traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current state processes, identify gaps, and create future state process maps.
- Ensure all delivery teams (business and technology) are aligned to achieve expected outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing voice of the customer insights.
- Provide change management support, including creating user manuals and standard operating procedures.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation activities such as hypercare and project closure.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide training as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of business analysis experience with a broad, cross-functional skillset.
- Proven ability to document processes, map requirements, and communicate effectively.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to visualize and communicate complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).
- Certifications such as IIBA CBAP, CSM/PSM, CSPO/PSPO, BPM, or Green Belt Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Transformation or organizational change projects.
- Retail industry experience.
