Service Desk Agent β Contract Opportunity
π Location: South Jordan, UT
π Duration: 12-month contract
π² Pay: $21/hour
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Service Desk Agent with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count!) to join the team of a leading investment banking firm.
Ideal Candidate:
β Recent grad with a Bachelor's.
β Experience or internship.
β Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
β Preference for candidates with at least one of the following criteria:
β’ College Degree
β’ Previous contact center experience
What Youβll Do:
β’ Provides investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems
β’ Installs, modifies, cleans up, run diagnostic programs and repairs computer hardware/ peripherals and software
β’ Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on Morgan Stanley accounts.
β’ Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
β’ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
