Client, is seeking a Service Desk Agent in South Jordan, UT 84095.
This is a 12-months contract ($21/hour, W2, no benefits) with potential extension.
- Role: Service Desk Agent
- Work Schedule: Onsite training 4-5 Weeks, hybrid (3 days office/2 days WFH) after 6 months of onsite tenure.
- Responsibilities: First-line IT support, troubleshooting, customer service.
- Requirements: 1-2 years’ IT support experience.
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma/GED required, Associate/Bachelors Degree preferred
