Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM (HAM and Service Mapping)

Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)

Duration: 8-10 months contract

Job Description:

• Sr. Service Now ITOM resource with expertise in HAM and Service Mapping.
• 10 years of experience is a must
• Hands-on experience in service mapping and HAM
• Develop Service Maps to visualize IT services and dependencies between applications, servers, and network components.
• Work with SMEs to define business services and map dependencies using ServiceNow MID Servers.
• Optimize Service Mapping for performance and data accuracy.
• Optimize Discovery schedules, Service Mapping patterns, and HAM workflows.
• Troubleshoot ITOM, HAM, and Service Mapping-related issues in coordination with IT teams
