Job Title: Software Engineer

- Experienced React UI developer
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field
- 5-7 years of experience building production grade user interfaces with a good understanding of the some of the latest UI technologies like React, Flutter etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with requirements that can change and pivot.
- Proficient with the latest versions of ECMAScript (JavaScript) as well as HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of React and common tools used in the wider React ecosystem, such as Node.js and npm
- Familiarity with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, TypeScript, version control software, and remote deployment tools
- An understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle
- Preferred experience working with NextJs.
- Will directly report to Director, Consumer x Marketplace Data Engineering
- US Mkt Place Analysis but will work with other engineers but will be the person on the team that has the UI developer experience
- Experience with Chat interfaces
- Needs to be local to Beaverton and work on site schedule
- Strong communication skills - will be working with engineers and stakeholders across many departments
- Self-starter, able to work on your own when needed
- Able to handle ambiguity on the project
- Really looking for someone to be able to speak to about their experience working on projects from start to finish. Creation of the market.
- Example: React applications - have they designed and developed from scratch
- This is a new project. Looking for someone that is excited and passionate about their work and is able to bring that to this role.
