Job Summary:
The Sr. Building Engineer is responsible for facility maintenance, repairs, and system operations. This includes chiller and boiler systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep. The role ensures compliance with safety regulations, oversees contractor work, and manages preventive maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Duration: 3 month- could potentially extend
Pay range: $35 - $40/hour on W2
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience: 4 years in building maintenance or engineering.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Trade school preferred).
- Certifications: Universal CFC required; EPA license preferred.
- Technical Skills: Building Automation, CMMS, Microsoft Outlook
