We’re looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team! This entry-level role focuses on analyzing supply chain data, identifying document errors, and ensuring seamless remittance processes. You’ll work closely with sourcing management to resolve issues and track payment status across multiple suppliers using integrated systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review and compare goods receipt and supplier invoice data.
- Identify and resolve document errors through root cause analysis.
- Align system data to ensure successful remittance processes.
- Collaborate with sourcing management to address payment issues.
- Report payment status using integrated data from various systems.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or relevant field.
- Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred; or 3 years of relevant experience).
- Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills.
- Familiarity with web-based portals for document processing.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Excel.
***Pay rate- $21- $25.00 /hour
