Key Responsibilities:
- Client Complaint Documentation: As a Technical Writer Intern, you will be responsible for composing formal, clear, and concise written responses to resolve client complaints. Your writing will be instrumental in ensuring the firm’s decisions are communicated effectively and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance & Research: Work closely with senior analysts to research industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring our documentation adheres to all necessary compliance guidelines related to client complaints and disputes.
- Operational Support: Contribute to the Client Relations team by assisting with various operational tasks, including Settlement Processing, Privacy Opt-Out Processing, and handling incoming telephone inquiries.
- Process Improvement: You will help refine internal documentation processes, ensuring that written communications meet the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Special Projects: Take part in special projects related to compliance, operations, and documentation that align with your interests and skillset.
