The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top organization that has an opening for a Trust & Safety Content Operations Workflow Manager.
Location: Sunnyvale, CA-Hybrid- Tues-Thu-Onsite, Mon and Fri-Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST
Pay Rate Range: $50-$58/hr W2, based on experience
Duration: 5 months contract
Overall Responsibilities:
Utilize policy knowledge and product expertise to implement and execute enforcement strategies.
Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational work streams.
Lead well-defined projects to resolve complicated abuse- and harm-fighting and mitigation problems, and build trusted user experiences, with iterative improvements to systems and processes.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Conduct deep dives to assess quality of decisions made by reviewers
Conduct calibration sessions with vendor Team Leads and FTE reviewers
Monitor and analyze root causes for changes in operational metrics
Support senior team members to run experiments for operational changes
Drive change management for operational improvements
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Total years experience: 4 years of experience in operations, anti-abuse or policy.
Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for the role
Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
Experience in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma
Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
